Web Technics, operating from Cambodia, is responsible for the processing described in this policy. To ask a privacy question or exercise your rights, use the details on our contact page.
If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or another service, we process the information you choose to provide so we can respond and manage the related business relationship.
The enquiry form on this website prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the form contents.
Our hosting provider may process technical request logs needed to deliver and secure the website. With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-MMMGPHD62R to understand website use. Depending on our Analytics settings, this can include visited pages, approximate location, referral source, browser and device information, and interactions such as scrolls, outbound clicks, site searches, call-to-action clicks, video engagement, and file downloads.
When you use the enquiry form, we also record that a form was started and submitted, together with the project type and timeline you selected from the dropdown lists. We do not send your name, email address, company, or message text to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics uses first-party identifiers and may set cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Google states that Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. Cookie duration depends on configuration and may be up to two years. Analytics does not load unless you accept it.
We process information to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, provide requested services, maintain business records, and understand and improve website performance. The lawful basis depends on the context and applicable law, including steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, communications, and analytics. Google may process Analytics data on infrastructure outside your country. Those providers process information under their own terms and applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. Analytics retention is controlled through our Google Analytics property settings. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. You can reject analytics without losing access to the website and change your choice at any time.
You can also restrict cookies through your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out tools. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Links to third-party websites and communication services are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
