What does the price cover?
The one-time package price covers the build described on the pricing page. Domain, professional email and hosting are always €70 a year, including on the free AI package. That first year is inside the Stripe payment.
Is VAT included?
No. WebTechnics Belgium does not charge VAT. The sole proprietorship is under the small-business exemption (article 56bis of the Belgian VAT code). VAT does not apply. Company number 1000.945.671.
How fast can you deliver?
If you ask and your copy is ready, we aim for one to two working days. Larger or unclear briefs take longer. We agree the date before we start.
What is a performance-based website?
A site for €0 up front, fully trust-based, with no minimum term. You pay nothing and you sign no contract at the start. You pay only once leads come in, through a form, WhatsApp or the phone. The price per lead is custom. By application only, after a brand analysis. We only start when we are confident it pays off for you. Not every business is accepted. Spam is filtered and not billed. Once our work has shown results, the deal agreed at the start is put into a contract.
Which languages do you build in?
We work in Dutch, French and English. Your site can be one language, or more. The higher packages sketch in two languages. Each extra language is €9.
Who is this for?
Mainly starters who want a good site at a fair price. We also do SEO for larger clients, in Belgium, the EU, and in France and the UK.
What do you need from me?
Who you are, what the site must do, copy you already have, and examples of sites you find strong or weak. Photos are not required. We do not invent team photos.
What happens after payment?
Stripe sends you to the intake. You say what we should build. We tie your payment to that form and start.
Can I stop the hosting subscription?
Yes. Email gaudric@web-technics.services. We stop the yearly renewal. Do it before the renewal date so a new year does not start.
Can I upgrade to a larger package?
Yes. The amount you already paid for a package is deducted from the price of the higher package.
Are you in Ostend or in Cambodia?
Both. The head office is WebTechnics in Cambodia. This site is the Belgian desk, in Ostend, for clients here and in the EU.
Which paid packages are there?
Portfolio €199, standard €399, functional €699 and CMS €999. At the start you also pay €70 for the first year of hosting. No VAT is charged.
What does a Google Business Profile cost?
At checkout, €49. We set it up and optimise it with a few posts, clear services and calls to action.
What does an extra language cost?
At checkout, €9 per language.
What does same-day priority delivery cost?
At checkout, €200. Without that extra we agree the date before we start.
Do you make a logo?
A logo kit by a digital artist costs €149, at checkout.
Do you build a webshop with WooCommerce or Shopify?
A webshop counts as the CMS package: mainly WooCommerce, Shopify is also possible, and payments usually go through Stripe. Product pages do not count toward the page limit.
Can I have a booking system built?
A booking system or another custom feature is on quote, generally within the functional package.
Which CMS do you use, including WordPress?
The CMS package uses the CMS you prefer, including WordPress.
Are small changes free?
Editing text or swapping a picture is free.
What does aftercare such as social media or SEO maintenance cost?
Social media, SEO maintenance and blog posts have no fixed price. That is on request.
Do you maintain an existing site or do a redesign?
We also maintain sites we did not build, or we offer a redesign. A redesign is custom and usually cheaper than the usual packages.
Do you handle a domain transfer?
We handle domain transfers.
Do you set up Google Search Console?
Google Search Console setup is standard.
Can I come by for a meeting?
Meet-ups are possible: we are based in Ostend and work by appointment. WebTechnics has worked since 2014.
