What counts as a lead

A lead is a contact that arrives through your site: the form, WhatsApp, the phone.

We filter spam. Spam is not billed.

What counts as a lead, and what does not, is agreed at the start. That deal is put into a contract once our work has shown results.

Who owns the site?

The site we build for you is yours once the agreement runs as the contract says. That contract comes only once our work has shown results. The exact handover is in it.

What if a lead is poor or spam?

We filter spam, and spam is not billed. A lead that does not match the agreed definition does not count.

Is there a minimum term?

No. It is fully trust-based. You sign no contract at the start, and you pay only once leads come in.

Can I switch to a regular package later?

Yes. If you would rather have a fixed package price, we switch. What is already agreed is finished first.
